On November 17th, Tony Miller and Robert Oney successfully completed the Society for Freshwater Science’s (formerly NABS) EPT certification test
Two of ARM’s primary benthic invertebrate taxonomists, Tony Miller and Robert Oney, both recently scored 100% on the Society for Freshwater Science’s Mayfly, Stonefly and Caddisfly (EPT) certification test. The successful completion of the November 17th tests give Tony and Robert “Expert” rankings as determined by the Society for Freshwater Science (formerly the North American Benthological Society). This professional certification gives further credence to ARM’s aquatic laboratory services and provides clients and regulatory agencies with added confidence in the taxonomic certainty of their 402 and 404 permit-related sample identifications.
